Aufgaben der Stelle
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Manage commercial campaign activities, including briefing creation, information exchange, and project tracking
- Prepare meeting summaries and ensure clear tracking of ownership and next steps
- Ensure strong governance across markets and the Benelux cluster, proactively identifying risks (e.g. missed deadlines, off-brief deliverables) and managing or escalating issues accordingly
- Track and manage production plans, including: Identifying missing information, aligning specifications with the local media agency and monitoring timely material delivery
- Create campaign planning overviews and support ad hoc media analyses
- Support the development of standardized market media updates, including: Post-campaign analyses, competitive reporting and additional performance insights
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Experience in media planning, digital marketing and campaign management, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluency in English (additional Benelux languages skills are beneficial)
