Your Role:
As a Lead Engineer in Digital Manufacturing, you will spearhead global initiatives focused on cost savings and continuous improvement within the Formulations operations cluster. Your expertise in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, and Mechanical Engineering will be pivotal in executing strategic programs, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and deploying advanced technology solutions. You will lead and manage Lean & Six Sigma (L&SS) programs to enhance productivity through engineering excellence and advanced analytics, overseeing multiple L&SS cost-saving projects while utilizing statistical analysis and data-driven insights for maximum effectiveness. Additionally, you will serve as an ambassador for project management in the organization, engaging in hands-on engineering project work that may require international travel up to 50%.
Who You Are:
* Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline with 5+ years of experience in the chemical/semiconductor industry.
* Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with 3+ years of experience in process improvements, engineering project management, and data analytics.
* Proven project management execution skills; PMO certification is recommended.Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about automation tools, AI, machine learning, and production-level IT/OT systems.
* Experienced in applying change management principles, especially in semiconductor materials environments.Preferred:
* PhD in chemical or mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience in the industry and Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and driving data-driven decision-making.
