Create solution designs for our customers: Independently advise customers in workshops and create functional and technical solution designs based on ServiceNow.Review and develop solutions: Implement smart, innovative ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with our business consultants across various industries.Advise on ServiceNow topics: Provide ServiceNow consulting and implementation with a focus on areas such as Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance, and/or IT Service Management.Develop ServiceNow@adesso further: Actively support the setup and further development of the ServiceNow@adesso Competence Center and the adesso subject-matter competence centers.Share your knowledge: Take on mentorship and actively transfer knowledge to ServiceNow Technical Consultants.Advance our ServiceNow partnership: Support the expansion of the partnership with ServiceNow.Your ProfileEducation and qualification: Successfully completed university degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field.ServiceNow experience: Several years of experience in a consulting environment with a focus on ServiceNow (sales, initiation and planning, design, implementation, and operations).Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g. ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC) or Certified Application Developer are desirable.Project methodologies: Proven experience with project methodologies (waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid), ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum.Language skills: Very good German and good English skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
