Your Responsibilities:
* Planning and maintenance of a digital tool for individual product configuration
* Reviewing change requests and preparing corresponding proposals
* Managing open tasks, prioritizing them, and developing suitable solutions
* Ensuring complete technical and content documentation
* Monitoring project costs and identifying deviations at an early stage
* Conducting regular functional tests to ensure quality and reliability
* Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals and track KPIs
* Compliance with and further development of defined quality standards
* Ensuring data protection and data security in accordance with applicable regulations
Our Requirements:
* Completed studies in business, engineering, or IT; a master's degree is a plus
* Initial professional experience with ERP systems and project work, ideally in a mid-sized manufacturing company
* Knowledge in product variants or configuration models (e.g., in SAP) is desirable
* Understanding of product structures and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
* Willingness for continuous professional development
* Willingness to travel up to approx. 20%
