AIR is an industry leading company known for advanced inhalation solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive in Berlin for our well-known OOKA (provides a new and modern way to experience shisha through its state-of-the-art pod system and heating technology) who has strong sales skills and wants to advance their career in sales.

*Responsibilities:*
1. HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) - Activation
* Co-Develop and execute effective activation strategies in nightclubs, restaurants, bars and lifestyle outlets to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, from acquisition to relationship management
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives
2. Trade Marketing Management and event activations
* Oversee trade marketing and event activations, negotiate and deploy brand activation measures at selected outlets
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of activations, providing feedback for continuous improvement
3. Key Account Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the HORECA sector, including bars, hotels, and other chains
* Work closely with key accounts to understand their needs and tailor activation strategies accordingly
* Manage orders, payment collection and trade term agreements with customers
4. Contract Management
* Negotiate and manage contracts with HORECA partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
5. Hyper-Care
* Collaborate closely with HoReCa partners to ensure operational success
* Act as single-point-of-contact for escalation and concierge topics to delegate administrative tasks efficiently to back office team
6. Team Collaboration
* Work closely with cross-functionalteams, including sales, digital, marketing, customer service and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach in HORECA activation
* Qualifications:*
* Fluency in German and English language is a must
* Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) or studies in the areas of sales, marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
* Initial experience in sales or field service, ideally in marketing new products
* Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Enthusiasm and the ability to convince others of a product
* Goal-oriented and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
* Willingness to travel and class B driving license
* Planning and carrying out your own weekly plans with routes and visits
* Confident use of common office applications and CRM systems
