What you will do
You will be part of the Asset Management team and work fairly independently, implementing policies and programs to maximize property values. We are looking for an experienced professional to support our team in the core.
What you can expect
* Maximizing assets through the initiation and implementation of value enhancement opportunities; such as conversions, modernizations, renovations, new and subsequent lettings, as well as issues such as tenant structure or tenant restructuring, technical matters, marketing, etc.
* Active participation in acquisition reviews and decisions within the framework of due diligence
* Preparation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of annual business plans, profitability analyses, and investment and financing plans outlining short-, medium-, and long-term planning
* Responsibility for developing and implementing leasing concepts, including negotiating contracts and coordinating real estate specialists (new and subsequent leasing, restructuring of leases, rent, etc.)
* Selection, commissioning, and management of external service providers, as well as dialogue and collaboration with local administrations and public authorities to obtain permits for renovation work, establish building rights, and achieve changes of use
* Preparation and presentation of annual business plans and quarterly reports
* Close collaboration with and building relationships with internal teams (portfolio management, transactions, finance and other areas) in Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Luxembourg, and external partners
* Provide guidance and training to more junior staff
What you will bring
* University degree with a focus on real estate management, ideally combined with an additional real estate-specific qualification
* Profound knowledge, several years of experience, and demonstrable success in proactive and practice-oriented asset management, combined with experience in managing and monitoring leasing processes, the acquisition/sales process, and supervision of service providers such as property management etc.
* Knowledge of the different asset classes like office, logistics, residential, retail in the respective top markets
* Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
* Willingness to work in an international and dynamic organization with a modern corporate culture
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills, as well as a confident demeanor
* A winning team player with a solution-oriented mindset, a strong drive for success, a hands‑on mentality, high self‑motivation, and a willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
* Conflict resolution and decision‑making skills, as well as strategic and conceptual acumen
* Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent English skills, both spoken and written

* Convincing knowledge of the German real estate market and an established and readily available network of contacts with relevant market players
