Your tasks
9. Independent preparation and implementation of teaching lessons for the IHK vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or mechanic
10. Teaching in-depth technical knowledge in the fields of electrics, avionics and military aircraft technology
11. Creation and continuous adaptation of teaching materials and examination documents, taking into account digitalization in training
12. Carrying out practical teaching and presentation activities in the workshop or on the aircraft
13. Documenting learning progress and actively supporting trainees until they successfully complete their training
Your profile
14. Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician, aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic with many years of professional experience
15. Additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman as well as the instructor aptitude test (AdA certificate)
16. More than 3 years of sound experience in manufacturing, mechanics or technical documentation within aviation
17. Confident handling of MS Office and SAP as well as openness to digital training methods
18. Strong pedagogical skills, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
