Your mission At north.io, we build powerful solutions with our Geo Data Platform to securely capture, process, and analyze geospatial data. Our platform enables companies and public authorities to digitize complex geodata workflows, improve operational efficiency, and make better decisions especially in dynamic and data-intensive industries such as Offshore Wind and Offshore Infrastructure. As an Account Executive - Offshore Industries (F/M/D), you will take ownership of the strategic sales of our Geo Data Platform within the Offshore Wind & Offshore Infrastructure segment. You will collaborate closely with decision-makers in energy companies, engineering firms, and offshore service providers to understand their data-driven challenges and develop tailored solutions. You will be the driving force across the entire sales cycle from identifying and engaging new prospects to closing high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition in the Offshore Wind & Offshore Infrastructure market Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and project leaders Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for the industry segment Present the Geo Data Platform and its value proposition through customer meetings, web demos, and industry events Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to incorporate customer feedback into product innovation Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts Conduct market and competitive analysis related to Offshore Wind, Offshore Infrastructure, geospatial data, and digital infrastructure. Your profile 5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions ideally in GIS, data platforms, SaaS, or the energy / offshore wind / offshore infrastructure sectors Strong technical understanding of geospatial data, cloud platforms, and data-driven processes in the Offshore Wind & Offshore Infrastructure domain Proven track record in new business development and management of strategic key accounts Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and strategic mindset Willingness to travel within Europe Fluent German and English skills.
