Purpose
* Provide all necessary support to the relevant Departments (e.g. Sports Marketing, Product, Communication, PR, Wholesale/ Retail) but also adidas subsidiaries and regions in order to execute the contractual rights and obligations, granted by Federations/ Teams/ Athletes across the Rugby & Specialist Sports categories
* Develop and implement new concepts and ensure Partner activation within Federations/ Teams/ Athletes context as well as support the Federations/ Teams/ Athletes -project implementation
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support in defining a promotional product strategy for Federations/ Teams/ Athletes in cooperation with respective BU Teams
* Report success/ concerns to BU for future improvements
* Be a contact point regarding Federations/ Teams/ Athletes related issues for all service- and interlinked departments in cooperation with the Senior Manager
* Work in close cooperation with key departments (e.g. APEX (Athlete Product Excellence), Partnership Servicing, Product, SMSU, Go-To-Market Team, Global Communications, PR)
* Coordinate the entire Federations/ Teams/ Athletes project and handle the forecast, ordering, delivery etc. for all Federations/ Teams/ Athletes events
* Equipment management
* Coordinate the overall kit/ product approval process with the Federations/ Teams/ Athletes Competitions Department according to Federations/ Teams/ Athletes equipment regulations
* Coordinate the overall licensed product and Event/ Activation related communication approval process
* Define and execute annual Federations/ Teams/ Athletes Activation Plan (incl. e.g. a licensed product strategy, retail implementation, global brand communications concept and B2B) considering the mid and long term adidas Brand Vision
* Provide support in Data Management for partners, including tracking, documenting and presenting Global/ Local Rugby & Specialist Sports portfolio KPI’s evolution/ tracking, tracking and triggering bonuses, activations and invoicing.
* Ensure the communication and activation of Federations/ Teams/ Athletes Events related rights and obligations within the adidas global organization and towards the respective host markets (incl. guidance and support)
* Assist the Global Sports Marketingfunction in all administrative tasks
* Be a contact point regarding Federations/ Teams/ Athletes, external 3rd party business partners
* Represent the adidas brand and the respective Rugby & Specialist Sports category mainly at Federations/ Teams/ Athletes events
* Act and support as a sweeper for any event projects and equipment requests from Federations/ Teams/ Athletes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The individual must be highly motivated and focused with a passion to support as well as drive projects internally as well as externally Federations/ Teams/ Athletes. Candidate must be well organized with a strong empathy, passion and affiliation for sport, with a solid understanding of Rugby. Additionally, the candidate must possess/be a:

* Fluent in English and other languages are advantageous

Qualifications
* University degree preferably in Marketing & Business Administration or Sport Management
* 3-4 years’ work experience
* Knowledge of the respective Sports Marketing category and active interest in the respective Sport
