As Head of Global Sales & Marketing, you play a key role in making that ambition real. By leading our global sales and marketing efforts, you connect our vision with customer priorities, drive commercial execution, and help position our solutions as a natural part of the manufacturing industry’s digital transformation.

About the job

As Head of Global Sales & Marketing, you lead and scale our global sales organization, with marketing as a strategic enabler of sales success. You define and execute the global sales strategy across the Tool Flow Solutions software portfolio, customer segments, and routes to market, ensuring strong pipeline generation, disciplined execution, and predictable revenue outcomes. You report to the President of Tool Flow Solutions and are a member of the Management Team.

Job responsibilities

1. Drive a multi‑motion go‑to‑market approach across product‑led, enterprise direct, and partner‑led sales models
2. Build, lead, and continuously develop a strong global sales organization with clear expectations and strong sales leadership
3. Own sales execution and performance management end-to-end targets, forecasting, pipeline governance, and KPIs
4. Strengthen customer relationships to drive expansion, renewals, upselling, and long‑term retention in close collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams
5. Ensure marketing activities directly enable sales effectiveness through clear messaging, focused campaigns, and lead generation

Location and flexibility

The role is based in Germany, Sweden, or the US.

Your profile

You’re an experienced Sales leader who understands how to build, scale, and lead global sales organizations in a dynamic software environment. A strong business foundation supports your ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, and you navigate complex, cross‑regional setups with clarity and confidence. You combine a strong customer focus with a structured, data-driven approach and use market insights to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and improve performance.

You have:

6. Proven experience in B2B software sales, including subscription‑based and/or digital business models
7. Solid understanding of manufacturing or industrial customers, buying processes, and commercial dynamics
8. Hands‑on experience developing sales organizations, including structures, roles, and performance management
9. Practical exposure to product led growth models, enabled by automated marketing and sales workflows
10. Strong ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and sales narratives
11. University degree in a relevant field

You lead with clarity and confidence, combining analytical strength with a pragmatic, execution‑focused mindset. You communicate clearly and credibly, especially with senior stakeholders, and bring people along to build alignment. Curious by nature, you embrace new topics and technologies, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where leadership makes a visible difference.
