WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing program in Italy
* Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
* Oversee and nurture partner relationships
* Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness
What We're Looking For
* 6+ years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business, including 4+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
* Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel
* Experience in managing external partners and vendors
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* You are proficient in English and Italian
