Your tasks
6. Active management and development of a team in quality assurance for incoming goods.
7. Control of validation and qualification activities via internal and external interfaces and definition of precise testing procedures.
8. Conducting initial and change sampling according to common standards such as VDA and PPAP.
9. Ensuring smooth production runs and throughput times, and proactively initiating skip-lot tests for specific assemblies.
10. Continuous optimization of internal processes and handling of complaints using the 8D methodology as part of daily shop floor management.
Your profile
11. Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. materials science or engineering) or further training as a technician with corresponding technical depth.
12. Relevant leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams .
13. Solid expertise in material testing, quality management, and the application of tools such as 5-Why and 8D.
14. Proficient use of SAP and an analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
15. Fluent German skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
