AIS is seeking a talented Junior Officer to join their Governance Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company law and fund regulation, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
About the role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation;
* Organize board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
* Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions;
* Review fund documentation with critical analysis;
* Work autonomously and meet tight deadlines;
* Maintain corporate files of own client base;
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
* Provide timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
About you:
* You are graduated in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
* You have 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, ideally within the fund industry or a similar regulated environment;
* You have a good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws, and regulations);
* You are fluent in English; any other language would be considered an asset;
* You are diligent and well-organized;
* You have good communication skills and can act proactively;
* You are team-oriented.
