About the Job
Are you a results-driven sales professional with expertise in renewable energy? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and success in your previous roles? If so, we may have the ideal opportunity for you.
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing deal teams, identifying opportunities, conducting market soundings, and overseeing the entire transaction process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage deal teams to achieve sales targets and drive growth
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
* Conduct market soundings and due diligence to ensure accurate valuations
* Oversee the entire transaction process, including negotiations and contract finalization
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in business administration or engineering, ideally enhanced by an MBA or CFA
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Advanced financial modeling skills, with experience in cash flow-based infrastructure investments
* Fluency in both German and English, with proficiency in an additional language desirable
