You’ll support the Business Line (BL) and Service Line (SL) Management by turning numbers into practical insights that inform decisions and improve performance. You’ll partner with BL/SL leaders to help shape multi year plans, propose country targets, and challenge performance in regular reviews. You’ll own reporting, contribute to business cases, and support budgeting and forecasting — while working closely with Sales, CRM and Delivery on pricing, offers and customer reports. How you’ll make an impact You will act as a trusted advisor to the international BL and SL management on all business matters. You will ensure relevant, insightful reporting for stakeholders and support decision-making by preparing and evaluating business cases. Together with BL/SL management, you will define strategic multi-year business plans, independently propose country-level targets, and challenge country performance in regular business reviews. You will coordinate the budget planning and forecasting process for the business line in close collaboration with BL/SL management, taking into account global planning assumptions and all applicable guidelines. This role requires regular interaction with GBS finance teams across multiple countries. You will prepare and present management reports to BL and SL leadership on financials, product profitability, productivity, and ad hoc requests, including assessments of risks, opportunities and recommended actions. In close cooperation with our CRM team, you will autonomously prepare offer calculations, deliver customer reports, oversee global costing and pricing, and evaluate the feasibility of value flows and business models. As an active member of the GBS global business community, you will participate in projects to optimize business processes through innovation, standardization, automation and digitalization. You will also lead international business programs, projects and initiatives and drive local implementation (for example, productivity and benchmarking projects). This is how you'll win us over Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a comparable qualification in a related field. Experience & Skills: Several years of relevant experience in controlling — ideally within Siemens, an industrial or technology company, an external business process outsourcing provider, or in consulting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP applications (particularly Fiori/4) as well as Siemens-specific applications and analytics tools (e.g., SMART, Dashes). Familiarity with modern data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, etc.) and first experiences with AI. Solid understanding of global reporting processes based on ESPRIT, including consolidation topics. Ways of working: Strong analytical skills, results orientation, a confident presence, and the ability to drive decisions. Outstanding presentation skills and ease interacting with senior management.
