Business Analyst (Insurance) - Germany
Advise and support top-tier insurance clients during exciting change initiatives; from digital transformation projects to sourcing strategies.
Design innovative IT solutions, support evaluation projects, manage IT migrations, and develop tailored software concepts across various insurance business areas.
Lead requirements analysis, technical design and test planning for new applications, services and functions.
Work closely with client departments and end users to drive projects forward, taking on impactful PMO responsibilities along the way.
Fluent German and English.
At least four years’ professional experience in the insurance industry, consulting or IT services.
Initial experience in project management and/or Project Management Office is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of the German insurance market, including operational processes and insurance-specific IT systems - particularly Guidewire and/or BiPRO.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborating with international teams.
High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
