What you´ll do
* Be part of a globally connected team with strong visibility and ample room for personaland professional growth
* Work together with stakeholders around the Globe and the CFO for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
* Ensure consistent reporting and forecasting across different regions and businesses
* Help to shape harmonized processes and systems, increasing the efficiency of the reporting and forecasting
* Support organizational changes ensuring consistent financial data at any point in time
* Drive standardization across regions and businesses
* Ensure a consistent and comprehensive communication with the central finance department
* Prepare ad-hoc analysis for the top-management of HAT ensuring a harmonized approach across different businesses
What makes you a good fit
* A master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field with strong academic performance
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial planning or strategic finance roles
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, actionable insights
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, enabling you to create impactful analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders
* A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a “can-do” attitude
* Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
