Your ResponsibilitiesAct as a process owner defining, implementing, and maintaining processes, standards, and guidelines across Hardware R&DAccountable for leading projects related to process improvementsCreate and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guidesContribute to digital transformation and automation projectsConduct trainings and workshops for engineers and new hiresEnsure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelinesAnalyze and continuously improve Hardware R&D processes based on feedback, KPIs, and best practicesAct as an interface between engineering, quality, and IT to align processes, tools, and data flowsSupport the selection, implementation, and optimization of engineering tools and process-related systems
Your QualificationsDegree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical fieldSeveral years of professional experience in CAD process engineering, CAD administration, or engineering methodsExperience with PDM/PLM systems and their integration into engineering processesProven experience in process definition, standardization, and optimizationSolid understanding of product development workflows in an R&D environmentExperience in cross-functional and international collaborationStructured and analytical way of workingStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teamsAdvanced English and basic German language skills
