Your Role:
You will define and execute Bilfinger’s Global HR & HSEQ Processes & Systems Framework, ensuring consistency across all regions. Your mission: Standardization, Cost Optimization, continuous improvement and innovation of HR & HSEQ processes, systems, and applications—aligned with our organizational goals and digitalization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in Global HR process management and governance
* Expertise in HR IT systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, payroll/time management platforms)
* Solid understanding of process automation, data security, and system integration
* Experience working with global process managers and cross-functional governance structures
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
