The Position:
The position holder (m/f/d) is responsible for driving sales operations and value creation activities within the region. This role supports Commercial Head(s) to achieve target P&L in the assigned territories, managing all elements of the profit and loss statement and providing decision support and transparency for all financial decisions impacting the business.
Your Tasks:
8. Drive, consult and support discussions around plan scenarios, capture core assumptions, analyze market share trends, optimize structure expense and build blue plans, outlining incremental opportunities.
9. Collect and report rationale for variances and deviations to target. Provide rationale and insight to specific risks and opportunities
10. Drive commercial processes within the region by monitoring the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essentials to the sales organization as well as providing KPI’s for bonus calculation
11. Build and implement models for improvement of commercial processes, that can maximize efficiencies and profitability
12. Economic Profitability (EP): Support and coordinate EP initiatives in the region, provide support to the team with EP related queries. Monitor EP progress and development within region. Assist by identifying appropriate opportunities for EP improvement and assisting with implementation and monitoring
13. Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Support IBP process/reviews monthly, assist with data analysis and ensure follow-up on information. Ensure compliance to Division requirements for IBP and improving trends of all IBP metrics. Assist with detailed analysis of problematic areas with sustainable improvement ideas
14. Product Launches: Work closely with Marketing to tie in with marketing strategy for product launches
15. Sales Force Effectiveness: Analysis of sales information on a monthly basis to assist Country Manager to determine that time spent is on the right accounts, with the right contacts and with the right frequency. Assist in determining key KPI’s to make the information easy to understand and follow but identify issues or concerns quickly
16. Lead productivity workshops, facilitate improvement action plans and monitor execution
17. Lead resource in bonus design and calculations and incentive plan reviews
Your Qualification:
18. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
19. Preferred to have 3+ years of business experience in a similar role or finance
20. Experience in driving business performance management processes
21. Very good knowledge and experience in Excel and Data Analytics
22. Team oriented, analytical and highly organized
23. Results driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenges. Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan
24. Must have demonstrated ability to operate within a cross-functional team
25. Highly organized with strong communication and influencing skills
26. Excellent English Language Skills, another language is a plus
