(Junior) HR Project Manager – Focus HR Tools and Employer Branding (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
* In this role, you will manage different HR projects spanning the bridge between HR, IT and marketing to drive our digital, human-centric, and future-ready HR operations
* You will be the key owner of our HR software landscape, ensuring our tools run smoothly, integrate seamlessly, and continuously evolve (e.g., our core HRIS “HiBob”, our ATS “Teamtailor” and our learning platform “Go1”)
* Therefore, you collaborate with our group-wide HR colleagues ensuring their tool requirements are met as good as possible and all relevant information in the systems is up to date
* Additionally, you are our colleagues go-to-person for user support while building automations and workflows enabling our international HR operations and colleagues to work more efficiently
* Furthermore, you are collaborating with our system providers to improve the tools, implement new features and modules driving our digitalization and process improvements
* You collaborate closely with our marketing team and group-wide HR colleagues defining our EVP and translating it into meaningful content for talent attraction and internal engagement across communication channels
* This includes the creation of social media posts and campaigns as well as managing our career page
Your profile:
* You gained at least two years of professional experience in HRIS, HR operations, People Tech, HR marketing or comparable strengthening your skills in project management and system implementations
* Thereby, you gained practical experiences improving processes and HRIS or other HR tools (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, Workday, Teamtailor)
* You are curious, creative, detail oriented and not afraid to develop as well as test and implement ideas
* Furthermore, your data driven, structured and reliable working style enables you to drive improvements
* You impress us by your strength in stakeholder management and in target‑group‑oriented communication in both German and English (written and spoken)
