1. Translate the global HR Data, Analytics & AI strategy into a concrete roadmap,portfolioand delivery plan for HR analytics and AI solutions.
2. Design, implement and continuously improve scalable HR analytics products (reports, dashboards, self-service solutions) to support data-driven decisions across HR and the business.
3. Drive the design, development and deployment of AI and machine-learning use cases in HR (e.g., talent, engagement, workforce planning) with a strong focus on Agentic AI.
4. Establish and govern standards,processesand tools for AI solution lifecycle management (e.g.,MLOps, monitoring, model governance, documentation).
5. Ensure HR analytics and AI solutions are compliant with data privacy,securityand ethical AI principles, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
6. Lead and develop the global HR Analytics & AI team, fostering a high-performance,innovativeand collaborative culture.

7. >7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related fields, ideally with proven leadership or team lead responsibility.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data and generate clear, actionable insights.
9. Demonstrated experience in designing,implementingand scaling AI / machine-learning solutions within HR functions.
10. Proficiencyin data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g.Python, R, SQL, BI / data visualization tools).
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical and analytical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
12. Solid project and portfolio management skills, including managing multiple global initiatives and deadlines in parallel.
13. English businessproficiencyis amust-have,Germanproficiencyis a plus.
