* Analyse and define technical requirements
* Design architecture and requirements breakdown to functional blocks
* FPGA design, implementation and definition of constraints
* Design documentation according to internal and external normative standards
* Creation and execution of test benches for RTL and timing simulation
* Formal verification of FPGA designs (timing analysis, code coverage, coding rule check)
* Support of the FPGA integration on the target hardware
* Define verification concepts and plans
* Conduct FPGA verification and test activities on the target hardware
* Programming of test hardware for automated implementation of hardware test cases
Qualifications
* University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
* +5 years of professional experience in FPGA design and verification, preferably in the space or aerospace industry
* Strong expertise in VHDL design for synthesis and behavioral modeling
* Familiarity with state-of-the-art design and simulation tools (e.g., Libero, ModelSim)
* Experience in applying ECSS standards (ECSS-E-ST-20-40 and ECSS-Q-ST-60-02)
* Knowledge of radiation mitigation techniques for space-grade electronics
* Experience in FPGA-based applications, such as digital signal processing and control algorithms
* Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++ or Python)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
