Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Perfomance Leader (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
6. Ensure the reliability of the work planning using systematic methods (e.g., AOS, Lean) and in collaboration with the entire Airframe Analysis community and the project organisation
7. Harmonize planning assumptions across all projects and sites
8. Support the teams in project planning and project steering
9. Conduct a status quo analysis of work methods and procedures, involving the entire Airframe Analysis community and the relevant work environment
10. Record and harmonize detailed project planning activities within the Airframe Analysis department
11. Define improvement measures and participate in the determination of key figures for tracking the improvements
12. Lead corresponding improvement projects or initiatives and ensure the sustainable implementation of the improvement measures
13. Create dashboard overviews regarding improvement measures, potential, and generated added value within the Airframe Analysis department
14. Coordinate with equivalent contacts within Airbus Aerostructures Engineering with the aim of holistic and consistent improvement
15. Support the process-oriented way of working
Your profile:
16. Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
17. Work experience in Engineering, Project Management, Performance Management, Process Improvement and Leadership Experience
18. Good knowledge in KVP and Lean Management
19. Experience in Aviation
20. Experience in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and their value-adding use
21. Knowledge in MS-Project, Planning tool (e.g., Kanban) and Google Workspace
22. Experience in Structural Analysis is desirable
23. Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
24. Willingness to travel: within Germany (once a month)
