Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as a Project Leader Supply Chain & Logistics (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
6. Lead and deploy logistics and warehouse operational engineering projects
7. Transformation of the local Warehouse Management System towards a common harmonized Airbus Warehouse Management System, incl. the In- and Outbound processes
8. Contribute to rate readiness and productivity improvements to increase the competitiveness of Airbus with main focus on a highly efficient logistics chain from supplier to the "Point of Delivery" at the assembly station
9. Definition, development and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts with strong focus on the warehouse management and capacity increases for Non-Automated Warehouse sections
10. Secure a transparent, "one-touch" and simple logistics operations in Germany with a relevant connection to the PI central teams across Europe
11. Significant contribution to the rate readiness of the logistics flows and warehousing activities Core activities and outputs
12. Functional lead of cross-functional project team
13. Delivery of projects in line with targets on time, scope, costs and quality and customer satisfaction
14. Coordination and self-dependent responsibility for the mission Rate Readiness with focus on the major warehouses and Warehouse flows and processes
15. Achieve Project Targets (time, scope, costs and quality) to satisfy customers
16. Definition, establishment and empowerment of the project team and organizations, including people from other divisions (Matrix organization), during all Project phases
17. Clear knowledge and driver of Airbus strategy on automation and IT Integration
Your profile:
18. Completed studies in International Management, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
19. Several years of work experience in IT / information systems, supply chain / logistics, supplier management and project management
20. Very good knowledge in process management, change and lean anagement
21. Knowledge in Google Workspace, SAP, Palantir and digitalization experience is an advantage
22. Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
