Overview
We are seeking a high-impact, commercially driven Vice President, Sales – Air & Ocean to lead and execute global sales strategy across key markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing, multi-regional sales teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, building strong customer relationships while ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the global sales strategy for air and ocean freight
Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and pipeline discipline across regions
Lead, coach, and develop regional and country sales teams
Build and manage relationships with key global customers and strategic accounts
Lead complex negotiations, bids, and tenders
Partner with operations and product teams to ensure strong service delivery
Monitor market trends, trade lanes, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Implement KPIs and performance frameworks to drive accountability and results
Requirements
Significant experience in air and ocean freight sales within logistics or freight forwarding
Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-country sales teams
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
Experience managing key accounts and complex customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment
