We are looking for a bridge builder, a commercially driven professional with experience in a production environment who thrives at connecting people, processes, and solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will develop your expertise in sheet vinyl applications and act as the key link between our customers and internal teams. Your mission is to translate customer needs into tailored, feasible solutions and ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
1. Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers in the Modular Building
2. Build strong, long-term partnerships across different levels within customer organizations
3. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding both technical and commercial needs
Bridge Between Organizations
4. Connect customer stakeholders (design, assembly, finance, etc.) with internal teams (product management, production, finance, etc.)
5. Align expectations and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties
6. Translate customer requirements into clear internal actions
Solution Development
7. Identify and develop tailor-made solutions for customers
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and quality
9. Follow up end-to-end to ensure solutions are successfully implemented
Process & Structure
10. Work in a structured way, following defined processes and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
11. Coordinate projects and ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are met
12. Act as a central point of coordination between both organizations
Profile
13. Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within a production/manufacturing environment
14. Strong affinity with technical products
Skills
15. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
16. Ability to navigate complex organizations and connect different functions
17. Structured, process-driven mindset
18. Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to drive execution
Languages
19. Fluent in English
20. Extra languages is a plus
