High-quality product images are essential to REPA’s success. Accurate, consistent, and well-lit photographs help our customers identify the right spare parts quickly, reducing errors and enhancing trust in our brand. That is why we are looking for a detail-oriented Product Photographer with a solid background in photography (professional or advanced hobbyist), and a passion for technical accuracy and visual consistency.
Job Description
1. Capture high-quality product images for REPA’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring precision, clarity, and visual consistency.
2. Operate and maintain photo booth setups, lighting, and equipment for various product types (including small and heavy parts).
3. Follow standardized procedures for lighting, positioning, and file naming to ensure alignment across the group.
4. Perform basic editing and retouching of photos to meet brand and technical guidelines.
5. Upload finalized images into REPA’s internal systems, ensuring correct product linkage and metadata accuracy.
6. Collaborate closely with the Photo Team (Germany and Italy) and the Content/E-Commerce departments to maintain unified visual standards.
7. Contribute to process improvement, including exploring AI-assisted tools for image optimization and background removal.
8. Support ongoing documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualifications
9. Proven experience in product photography (professional or advanced hobbyist).
10. Strong skills in DSLR or mirrorless photography, lighting, and studio setups.
11. Experience with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
12. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to reproduce standardized results consistently.
13. Organized and reliable, capable of handling multiple products and deadlines.
14. Proficiency in spoken and written English (German or Italian a plus).
15. Willingness to participate in cross-country collaboration and remote communication.
Nice to Have
16. Familiarity with e-commerce or B2B catalog photography.
17. Experience with 360° or multi-angle photography systems: specifically, with Knowledge of AI tools for image enhancement or automation.
18. Technical mindset with basic troubleshooting skills for photo setups.
19. Ability to handle heavy or large products safely.
