Your Responsibilities
We're looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist DACH (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible starting date.
As a key player in our marketing efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you'll closely work with the local Marketing Manager and the EMEA Marketing Team on the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special initiatives to promote the company's products and brand. Key Responsibilities
* Retail Campaigns & Activation
1. Plan, localize, and implement retail marketing campaigns across European retail chains (e.g., MediaMarkt, Amazon, etc.).
2. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and creative adaptation to implementation and performance tracking.
* POS Materials & Shopper Marketing
1. Develop and coordinate production of POS materials, displays, and merchandising tools to ensure consistent brand identity and maximum shopper engagement.
2. Audit in-store execution and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
* Channel & Partner Collaboration
1. Align with channel partners and distributors to co-create joint marketing plans.
2. Support sales teams with retail presentations, sell-in tools, and activation proposals.
* Budget & ROI Management
1. Manage allocated retail marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
2. Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
* Market Insights & Best Practices
1. Monitor retail trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities in the European market.
2. Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across countries.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or shopper marketing within consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of the European retail landscape and omni-channel dynamics (offline & online).
* Experience with POS development, retail activation, and managing third-party agencies.
* Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
* Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
* Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
* Willingness to travel across European markets when required.
