We are now targeting Enterprise customers across Europe and seeking a strategic, hands-on Go To Market Lead to drive this vision forward.
About the role
This high-impact role involves expanding Voyado into Europe's largest retail brands. You will lead complex, high-value sales cycles and shape our Enterprise sales strategy from the ground up.
Targeting top European retailers, you will be a hunter, strategist, and deal-closer, engaging with C-level executives, managing long sales cycles, and navigating partner ecosystems.
Your initial focus will be on our product Elevate, with existing references such as H&M and Varner. Besides hands-on sales, you will develop strategic business plans, identify key prospects, and collaborate with business development on market expansion. While operating independently, you will have strong internal support and work closely with the VP of Sales (Ken Arslan), C-Level executives (such as Johan Hjelte, Thomas Harris), and sales teams (Mathijs Ruigrok, Fabio Maglieri, Tove Verngren) to drive growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead high-value Enterprise sales cycles – from prospecting to closing deals.
* Engage C-level stakeholders – confidently sell to decision-makers at Europe’s top retail brands.
* Expand into Enterprise – grow Voyado’s footprint beyond current presence.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan – collaborate on the Enterprise roadmap.
* Leverage partnerships & channel sales – work within the partner ecosystem to drive deals.
* Own and drive growth – this role requires persistence, creativity, and resilience.
Who are you?
You are a seasoned sales professional with GTM experience, adept at navigating complex organizations, building relationships, and closing major deals. You possess a hunter mentality and take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

* Proven Enterprise Sales track record – managing long, complex sales cycles.
* Hands-on approach – driving your pipeline and securing key accounts.
* SaaS sales expertise – strong understanding of tech-driven solutions.
* European market experience – adapting to diverse business cultures.
* Partner & channel sales – leveraging strategic alliances.
* Stakeholder management & negotiation skills – engaging multiple decision-makers.
* Strategic & analytical mindset – identifying and influencing key opportunities.
You should be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, networking with industry leaders, and influencing buying decisions. Experience in retail tech, martech, or e-commerce is a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Dutch is a bonus.
