Job Description Performance Management & Strategy Support local markets on performance management and provide guidance on improvement strategies Own target setting and OKR development for regional promotion initiatives Analyze promotion performance data to support markets with actionable improvement recommendations Knowledge Management & Best Practices Create comprehensive playbooks and best practices documentation to share learnings across markets Develop and maintain close relationships with local markets and product teams to improve product features, facilitate rollout of new features, and drive adoption Product Integration & Adoption Own the adoption of promotions and their mechanics through tech integrations and internal tools Project Management: Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions in areas such as new product feature rollouts & adoption, campaign execution, and assortment expansion sprints Campaign Strategy & Execution Work with content, marketing, and product functions to drive promotion discoverability by establishing standards for promotion visibility on the app Provide campaign management guidelines to markets including campaign creation protocols and calendar coordination with marketing support
