As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
Your new responsibilities
Become part of our Business Line ENI – a dynamic division delivering innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.
ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: as part of a carve-out, the Business Line is being integrated as an independent unit into the corporate structure of
* Develop and implement global end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
* Lead all global logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and relevant procurement operations
* Manage the Customer Service organization, overseeing daily operations such as order processing, complaints, export coordination, and handling customer requirements (e.g., EDI, consignment stock)
* Collaborate with Sales and Product Management for accurate demand planning and S&OP processes
* Optimize collaboration between Procurement, Production, and Logistics to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness
* Support the development and harmonization of processes within Ushio’s ERP and system landscape
* Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems (SAP, IBP)
Who we are looking for
* Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, including system and process design and order fulfillment
* In-depth knowledge and experience in international warehousing and transport logistics
* Experience in data analytics, e.g., Power BI or similar tools
* Proven leadership experience and cross-functional project management skills
* Solid knowledge of SAP R3/APO or comparable ERP systems
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* Intercultural experience is a plus
