Your mission
We run a regenerative farm in the Spreewald, southeast of Berlin. The aim of the farm is to regenerate agricultural land and co-create a functioning agricultural and holistic ecosystem. The farm supplies fresh and vital ingredients for the kitchen of the Michelberger Restaurant in Berlin.
In early summer 2023, the newly built "barn" of the four-sided farmstead was opened. It offers 9 guest rooms and a common lounge area. With breakfast and dinner, the farm comes alive gastronomically.
We are looking for you to join our service team if you are enthusiastic about the overall concept and would like to be part of a friendly team 4 days a week on site in Vetschau, leaving the city behind. Ideally, you live directly on site or in the immediate vicinity.
* Comprehensive supervision of operational activities on the farm
* Coordination of breakfast, dinner, and event bookings with the kitchen and the on-site team
* Coordination of all operational staff to ensure smooth operations
* All-round guest care
* Coordination with housekeeping
* Room checks
* Mise-en-place for all service units
* Consultation with the Michelberger Hotel
* Compliance with hygiene standards
* Inventory and ordering
* Cash register closing
* Preparation of a daily report

You are interested in the farm-to-table concept and want to work in nature.
You are willing to come to Vetschau from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday and leave the city behind.
You are willing to be fully available during the season.
You are willing to become part of a special project.
We offer a full-time position during the season, with our peak season running from spring to fall.
The start date and beginning of the new 2026 season would be April 1, 2026.
