As Demand Generation Lead, you will ignite pipeline and revenue in the mid-market—the segment that powers our ARR growth. You’ll architect and scale a demand engine that unites Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-led motions, turning curiosity into conversion and intent into impact.
Your missions:
1. Craft & Execute the Strategy - Build the annual demand-gen blueprint—targets, plays, and channel mix—for both PLG and Sales-led funnels. Translate goals into quarterly OKRs and roadmaps that keep marketing, sales, and product rowing in the same direction.
2. Run High-Performance Campaigns - Orchestrate multi-channel programs (email, content, paid media, webinars, events, ABM) that educate, engage, and convert. Own the entire lifecycle—from ideation and audience selection to launch, optimisation, and scale-out.
3. Own the Numbers - Define KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models for MQL → SQL → Pipeline → ARR. Measure ROI ruthlessly, iterate fast, and double down on what moves the needle.
4. Maximise the Budget - Own the demand-gen P&L. Allocate spend across channels and experiments for maximum CAC-to-LTV efficiency. Forecast with precision and course-correct in real time.
5. Lead & Inspire the Team - Grow a powerhouse squad of performance marketers and campaign managers. Foster a test-and-learn culture where creativity and data coexist.
Dein Profil
6. 5+ years driving demand generation in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, ideally mid-market focused.
7. Proven mastery of paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and PLG tactics.
8. Deep command of HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4/Looker, and modern MarTech stacks.
9. Leader-coach who builds diverse, high-performing teams and empowers them to experiment.
10. Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
