* Define objectives and measures for Voith Hydro, driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

* Collaborate with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies, promoting shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.

* Design and create training materials to enhance employee awareness and competence in health, safety, and environmental matters.

2. Qualifications and Skills

* Technical degree in a relevant field, such as safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science.

* Professional experience in quality and HSE management, with a focus on safety and environmental risk assessments.

* Certified occupational safety specialist (Sifa) and internal auditor qualifications.

* Excellent analytical, solution-oriented, and pragmatic skills, with a customer-focused approach.

* Proficient English language skills and willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
