What you can expect
1. You will take responsibility for the compliance area and be the primary contact person for our corporate entities and business units.
2. You are familiar with all requirements for an efficient compliance organization and bring the ambition to routinely cover regulatory requirements while simultaneously being an ambassador for the value of effective compliance both internally for colleagues and externally for our customers and suppliers.
3. In this role, you will accompany the strategic direction for the area and structure and define processes and documentation for our business units.
4. You will review and oversee the implementation of the developed guidelines and manage compliance accountability and reporting.
5. You will be the point of contact for external inquiries from customers and authorities regarding compliance matters and compliance reports through the whistleblower system.
6. You will act as the interface to the corporate functions for your area and be responsible for regular reporting to the relevant committees.
What makes you stand out
7. You have a degree in law or economics, or comparable professional competence based on many years of experience in the field of compliance.
8. You have several years of experience in a company or a specialized consulting firm.
9. You are familiar with the structured coverage of regulatory requirements, the establishment of processes, and the creation of documentation in the context of a comprehensive compliance management system.
10. Ideally, you have experience in certification according to ISO 37301 and have initial experience in the application of artificial intelligence in the compliance environment.
11. Analytical thinking, high problem-solving skills, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness are among your strengths.
12. Additionally, you have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional foreign languages are a plus).
