Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, 40 hours per week

DARA People are recruiting for a Non-Inventory Manager to support a leading logistics/e-commerce client at their site in Cloppenburg, Germany .
This is an on-site role focused on managing a large and varied non-inventory stockholding within the client’s warehouse environment. Items will move in and out on a daily basis and may range from spare parts and operational equipment through to furniture, chairs and general warehouse assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting stock movement, coordinating dispatch preparation and ensuring assets are organised, tracked and available when required. The role will be partly hands-on, but there will also be an on-site team available to support, coordinate with and assist where needed.
The person will report into both DARA People’s internal team and the client’s on-site team .
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large and varied client non-inventory stockholding on site.
* Track items moving in and out of the warehouse on a daily basis.
* Maintain accurate records of stock levels, asset locations and stock movements.
* Use Amazon’s internal stock / inventory system to manage and track assets.
* Carry out regular stock audits, checks and reconciliation.
* Use inventory identification numbers, including Amazon UINs where applicable, to track non-inventory assets.
* Prepare picklists and organise stock for order builds.
* Prepare and coordinate items for dispatch.
* Work closely with the on-site team to manage stock movement and dispatch activity.
* Communicate clearly with DARA People’s internal team and the client’s site team.
* Support efficient, accurate and organised stock processes across the site.
* Resolve or escalate stock discrepancies when required.
Requirements
* Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
* Previous experience in stock management, inventory management, stock control, asset management, warehouse administration or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing stock records.
* Comfortable using stock systems, inventory systems, databases or asset tracking tools.
* Good general technical skills and confidence working with systems.
* Confident working on site in a logistics, warehouse, fulfilment or operational environment.
* Organised, reliable and able to manage daily priorities.
* Comfortable in a role that is partly hands-on and partly coordination focused.
Desirable / Nice to Have
* Experience using Amazon’s stock / inventory systems.
* Amazon UIN experience.
* Experience with unique asset identifiers or similar stock tracking references.
* Previous experience in an Amazon, e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment or 3PL warehouse environment.
* Experience managing varied non-inventory items such as spare parts, equipment, consumables, furniture or warehouse assets.
* Experience coordinating dispatch preparation or stock movement with an on-site team.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required. The priority is practical experience in stock management, strong system confidence and the ability to maintain accurate records in a busy warehouse environment.
