Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) (limited to two-year term)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to pre-onboarding.Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, active sourcing).Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.Your QualificationsRequirements:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment.Proficiency in English and German.Preferred: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
