Corporate Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of Luxembourg-based companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding process, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing board meetings, and liaising with authorities and banks.
This position requires a degree in Law or deep knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, 3-4 years of relevant experience, excellent English language skills, and strong expertise in KYC and compliance processes.
