Your tasks
* On-site support for schools and business customers
* Independent error analysis and the creation of incidents
* Installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer's site
* Carrying out administration and maintenance work
* Creating documentation and maintaining the knowledge database
* The training of IT contact persons (m/f/d)
* The further development of digital products for customers
Your profile
* You have IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
* You are very familiar with the common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment
* You have experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as in supporting networks
* Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system
* You work independently as well as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
* You are characterized by a good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
* You have a class B driving license
* Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
