Job Description
Drive revenue growth across EMEA by partnering with sales teams in both direct and non-direct markets.
Be a key resource for product and market expertise, offering technical support for strategic opportunities.
Follow up on marketing leads and coordinate outreach activities, such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
Coordinate sales and logistics for key accounts, including integrated system selling and pricing support.
Support market development by engaging with customers on new clinical and research applications, particularly in liquid biopsy.
Collaborate with U.S. teams to share best practices and provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management & Marketing, and may require up to 40% travel across the EU.
Position Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required, Master's or PhD preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in field or inside sales within clinical diagnostics or scientific research
* Familiarity with the liquid biopsy or biotech/biopharma space is a strong plus
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all business levels in English (C1/C2); additional languages such as German, French, Flemish, or Italian are a plus
* Strong sales mindset with a strategic, solution-oriented approach to territory management
* Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
