* Responsible for delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs
* Ensure SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service
* Maintain and enhance the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool
* Lead migration assignments within the Workload Automation domain
* Update documentation regularly, ensuring that connections and processes are in place between all services while decreasing overlaps between services provided by various teams in the Workload Automation domain
* Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions
* Keep in close touch with external entities involved in the Workload Automation domain
* Bachelor's or master's degree in the field Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT industry
* Profound experience with Workload Automation Tools
* Extensive understanding of service delivery according to ITIL standards
* Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
* Ability to make decisions within role responsibilities
* Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment
* Excellent communication skills in English
