Key Sales Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth across the German-speaking region.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to lead and develop a high-performance sales team, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing ones within corporate legal departments, compliance teams, and legal operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring others and leading by example, helping shape our sales culture and contributing to the company's success.


Responsibilities

* Manage a sales team, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
* Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing new business and growing existing accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, and operations teams.
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars across the DACH region.


Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
* Proven success in both new business development and account growth, ideally in legal tech, compliance, or enterprise software.
* Native German speaker, with excellent English communication skills.
* Demonstrated people leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing sales professionals.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
* Preferably experience working with or selling to legal operations, compliance, or risk management teams.
