What you can expect
1. You take on the functional and disciplinary responsibility for all FTEs in the Sales Data Hub within the federated data setup, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Governance roles and Product Owners Data.
2. You define, design, develop, and operate cloud‑based data products for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business units.
3. You are responsible for the methodological integration of data assets and data products.
4. You manage the Sales Data Hub operationally and further develop it as a specialized unit for data‑driven solutions in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
5. You are responsible for the further development and ongoing maintenance of all sales‑related models based on feedback and requirements from the sales organization.
6. You lead projects related to planning, expanding, and organizing new and existing products in collaboration with the relevant business units and external partners.
7. You assume technical responsibility for data products developed by or for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service areas within the Data Intelligence & Analytics team.
8. You drive the continuous expansion, professionalization, and organizational development of the Sales Data Hub within the existing governance and organizational framework.
What makes you stand out
9. You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
10. You have several years of experience in building, operating, or further developing data‑driven products—ideally in a sales, marketing, or customer service context.
11. You have solid knowledge in designing and developing cloud‑based data products such as data warehouses, semantic layers, analytical models, and reporting and analytics solutions.
12. You possess strong knowledge of data architectures, data engineering, data science, and data governance.
13. You bring experience in leading interdisciplinary teams both functionally and disciplinarily—ideally including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Data Governance roles.
14. You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex topics in a structured and understandable way.
15. You communicate effectively and are able to bridge different target groups (business & tech).
16. You work with strong execution and results orientation while ensuring high data quality.
17. You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
