Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for project management of global M&A activities and contribute to the development of our M&A strategy.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and lead due diligence processes, business planning, and valuation. You will also contribute to the preparation of investment proposals for the executive board and develop and participate in projects with highly diverse topics and complexity on corporate level.
Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Business/Economics (or a comparable qualification) with a focus on Finance, Mergers & Acquisition, Controlling or Accounting from a renowned university.
You will also need at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Controlling, Consulting, M&A advisory, Investment Banking, and/or corporate M&A with international exposure. Additionally, you will require experience in leading, moderating, and integrating teams and larger groups of stakeholders.
