The Company
Our client is expanding its Land Acquisition team to accelerate the growth of its wind energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert large volumes of inbound landowner leads into signed land agreements.
* Build long-term, trust-based relationships with landowners.
* Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner.
* Balance sales acumen, stakeholder management, and project understanding to close deals.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in land acquisition for renewable energy projects.
* Confident communicator, able to represent the company and drive negotiations to contract signature.
* 2-3+ years in field sales.
* Fluent German required.
