Role Overview The Global CEO will lead the organization’s worldwide business strategy, drive commercial growth, and ensure long-term profitability. This executive will oversee global operations, strengthen market positioning in Europe and Asia, and build strong partnerships within the agriculture ecosystem. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, strategic, and experienced in scaling international businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the global business strategy to achieve sustainable revenue and profit growth. Lead commercial operations across Europe and Asia, driving market expansion and customer acquisition. Oversee global P&L and ensure financial performance meets strategic targets. Strengthen sales pipelines, distribution channels, and partnerships within the agriculture and chemical sector. Drive innovation in product portfolio aligned with market needs and regulatory requirements. Provide inspirational leadership to global teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and ESG/sustainability standards. Represent the company at industry associations, trade fairs, and with key stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers, chemicals, or related industrial sectors. Proven track record in commercial management, global sales, and business development. Demonstrated success in managing international operations, ideally in both Europe and Asia. Deep understanding of agricultural markets, distribution models, and regulatory landscape. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
