As part of our Global CRM & Applications team, you will play a crucial role in enabling successful transformation across our customer engagement ecosystem. By developing and executing communication strategies, you’ll support change initiatives that span global teams and business functions. Your focus will be on making complex topics easy to understand, fostering alignment, and creating engaging experiences that drive adoption. You’ll be a key member of our CRM Transformation & Harmonization program, helping to shape how we communicate change and supporting the organization through periods of transition. Your responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement communication strategies that support CRM transformation and broader organizational change initiatives. Simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling communications tailored to diverse audiences across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Technical Service. Drive change adoption by delivering content that inform s, inspire s, and align s stakeholders and enhances employee involvement within the CRM community. Measure communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine strategies to continuously improve engagement and support successful change adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and a smooth transition throughout change initiatives within the wider CRM & Commercial Excellence community. Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives within the wider C RM & Applications team by managing communication plans and ensuring that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and ready for change. Help foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the CRM Harmonization program and beyond. Your profile Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering change communication strategie s in a global, transformation-driven environment Proven ability to create and deliver strategic communication plans for large-scale change and multi-year transformation programs Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, German is beneficial, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels as well as the ability to influence global stakeholders on all levels Change management certification (e. g. Prosci, ACMP) Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Extensive e xperience with communication platforms and tools to create and share engaging content Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to thrive i n a fast-paced, evolving environment with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e. g.
