D'Addario Europe Limited, established in 2017, manages the European sales and marketing for prestigious brands such as D’Addario Fretted, D’Addario Orchestral, D’Addario Woodwinds, Promark Drumsticks, Evans Drumheads, and Puresound Snare Wires.The D’Addario Europe Limited marketing team based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, being responsible for Western, Central & Eastern Europe, is seeking a driven, curious, and passionate guitar player to serve as a Guitar+ Product Specialist (m/w/d) for the brand.The Guitar+ Product Specialist helps strengthen the visibility and reputation of D’Addario among both retailers and consumers. Working closely with the sales team, this role contributes directly to the growth of our Guitar+ category. You will run training sessions, meet and support retailers, players and artists, gather market insights, and represent the brand at various events across the region. You will report directly to the European Product Specialist Manager to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.TasksDeliver in-store and online product training, demos and sampling sessions to support the sales team and our retail partnersRepresent our brands at trade shows, conferences, community events and other gatheringsEvaluate in-store merchandising, identify gaps, improve displays and support key dealers in promoting our productsIdentify new artists, educators, influencers and institutions with strong potential for collaborations and partnershipsMonitor brand performance and work with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for growthSupport OEM activities by identifying targets and maintaining relationships, product usage details, quantities and contactsConduct market and competitor research such as pricing studies, share analysis or gap assessments to support strategic planningRequirementsA genuine passion for the guitar world, its products, the community and making musicStrong playing ability and confidence in demonstrating instruments and accessoriesExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences of any sizeOrganised, reliable and detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical approachPractical mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitudeAbility to evaluate the impact and ROI of outreach and marketing activitiesComfortable travelling frequently (around 50% of the time)Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business reporting toolsTeam-oriented, able to juggle several projects and deadlines while keeping a clear overviewBenefitsContract Type: Permanent contract, 40 hours a weekJob Location: Frankfurt am Main, GermanyCompensation: €40.000 - €42.000 + bonus based on personal goals, sales targetsExperience: Minimum 2-3 year (preferred)License/Certification: Driving License requiredLanguages: Native or fluent in German, very good level of English (B2).
