Ihre Aufgaben:
Increase the market share and brand presence for the Defense Sub-Segments for Smart Factory Tightening Solutions
Initiate, drive and develop the business to exceed a stable customer base and generate exponential growth
Coach the local customer centers and international teams to successfully develop this business
Be the knowledge holder for the defense segment in the region
Identify customer needs, initiate product development and be the divisional point of contact for the segments
Create awareness within the segment: e.g. on fairs, techdays, key-note speeches on events
Work in close cooperation with Division (Global BDM Defense) and Application Center (ACE)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Project experience in business development or product management within the military or aerospace sector
Understanding of market mechanisms, requirements and procurement processes in the European Defense Industry
Engineering Degree (alternatively business degree with additional experience in technical areas)
Ability to analyze data, identify performance drivers, and adjust strategies accordingly
Political awareness
Fluent in English and German
