Your tasks
* Management of the national and international long-distance transportation scheduling team
* Responsibility for achieving targets in the areas of scheduling part and full loads
* Responsibility for the further development and strategic orientation of the division
* Cooperation and constant communication with internal interfaces
* Selection of suitable transport companies with regard to costs, quality and sustainability
* Creating and evaluating statistics and key figures
Your profile
* Successfully completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics, ideally with additional qualifications, such as a business administrator
* Extensive experience in operational scheduling and initial management experience
* Good knowledge of controlling with key figures
* Negotiating skills combined with strong cost awareness
* Confident and motivating demeanor, a high level of communication skills and can-do mentality
* Fluent German and a good command of English round off your profile
